Parents/Guardians of a child/children and staff members who attend the school, that Lunch Mums services and are of legal age to complete an online payment transaction.
“Customers” are referred to as parent/guardian/children/staff member.
All orders are to be placed by 8.30 am on the day of order with the exemption of Sushi and Rice paper rolls which must be placed by 1pm the day before. No orders will be accepted after the cut off times.
If the customer deems the order they have received to be incorrect, a missing item or order has failed to arrive, Lunch Mums must be notified within one hour of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered immediately if feasible, in this case no refund will be due. Whereby, Lunch Mums have not been notified within the hour of delivery, the customer must contact us by 8pm the day of order via email to discuss an appropriate
resolution at the discretion of Lunch Mums.
All matters are taken seriously by Lunch Mums and we endeavour to resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
Lunch Mums take great care in their selection of suppliers and preparation of food.
If a lunch order is identified as a health or safety concern the customer must contact Lunch Mums immediately. We take all incidents seriously and issues are investigated and reported thoroughly with suppliers and manufacturers.
If by some circumstance Lunch Mums is unable to complete an order due to short supply of the item. Lunch Mums will contact the customer to arrange a replacement item. If Lunch Mums is unable to contact the customer an alternative item will be sent instead.
